Troy A. Fore III, CFP®, is the Director of Client Engagement at Aspen Wealth Management. With over a decade of professional experience, he works closely with prospective and existing clients to help them navigate important financial decisions and build strategies aligned with their long-term goals. Troy’s areas of expertise include investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate and legacy planning, and comprehensive wealth management. In addition to serving clients, Troy helps lead many of Aspen’s client relationship, educational, and community engagement initiatives, strengthening the client experience and expanding financial education throughout the community.
Troy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2014 and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2023. Known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Troy has a talent for translating complex financial concepts into practical, actionable guidance. He enjoys helping clients navigate challenging situations, identify opportunities, and make informed financial decisions with confidence. His dedication to serving others and being a good steward of the resources entrusted to him continues to shape his approach to financial planning. Troy believes the best financial plans are those that help people live more intentionally and focus on what matters most.
Active in his community, Troy serves on the board of his local Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) chapter and provides pro bono financial planning services to those in need. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association® (FPA) and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
Troy believes in consistent personal growth, daily incremental improvements, and maintaining an optimistic outlook. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and seeking new experiences. A passionate outdoorsman, Troy spends much of his free time at his family’s farm, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys playing tennis and other outdoor activities.
