Helen Stephens founded Aspen Wealth Management in late 2011. Helen has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1993, an Enrolled Agent (EA) since 2009, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) since 2020, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of financial services. Daily, she helps many of the firm’s clients with various financial planning and investment matters, including exit planning and value acceleration for business owners.
Helen is a frequent speaker on the subject of Women & Money and has taught Financial Understanding for Women through the Extended Education department at Texas Christian University (TCU). She received her undergraduate degree in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She has been quoted in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Oprah Magazine, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Helen serves as an active member of DFW Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Helen recently served on the board of Trinity Habitat for Humanity.
Helen is married and has three adult children. She enjoys walking her dog Baxter, gardening, and spending time with family.
