Melody Heath

Melody Heath is a Client Services Associate at Aspen Wealth Management, where she helps coordinate the client experience across the firm’s locations. Her day-to-day work includes scheduling client meetings, following up on outstanding items, and preparing the documents advisors need to support their clients. 

With more than a decade of professional experience spanning client services, finance, and accounting, Melody brings a steady, thoughtful presence to every interaction. She earned her Associate of Arts from Collin County Community College and has spent her career developing a strong instinct for what clients truly need. One of her greatest strengths is knowing how to ask the right questions to get to the root of a situation, allowing her to anticipate needs and address details before they become concerns.  

Melody was drawn to wealth management because of the multigenerational nature of the work. She believes the industry has the ability to help people at every stage of life while shaping outcomes for the generations that follow. That long view guides how she shows up each day. Her personal mantra, “If you want to make a friend, you have to be a friend,” reflects her belief in going the extra mile for others and is one of the reasons clients know they can turn to her during both their best and most challenging moments.  

Outside of work, Melody enjoys volunteering through her church ministries and pouring into the causes she cares about most. She loves music, has a soft spot for animals, and treasures time spent with her family.
