Dylan Mastin is a Client Service Associate at Aspen Wealth Management. In his role, he supports the advisory team by facilitating a smooth and professional client experience. Dylan coordinates communication and scheduling, prepares meeting materials, manages account paperwork and ongoing maintenance, and oversees the client review process to keep follow-up items and custodial activity on track.
Before transitioning into wealth management, Dylan spent six years in investment banking and brings more than a decade of professional experience to Aspen. He studied Marketing at Lindenwood University and has continued to deepen his financial expertise through hands-on training. Throughout his career, he has served as a subject matter expert in training, development, and client service. This background – combined with strong communication skills, a disciplined organizational approach, and a commitment to attentive service – enables him to support clients and advisors with clarity and confidence.
Dylan is known for his adaptability, attention to detail, and natural problem-solving mindset. He takes pride in continually learning – whether it’s new systems, financial concepts, or personal development – and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others. He chose this profession to encourage people in his community to prioritize financial planning and lead by example in creating a secure financial future. His personal mantra, “Be the change,” guides both his work and personal life by inspiring intentional action and responsibility.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys yoga, hiking, trying new restaurants, modeling and photography, gardening, and staying active. His dog, a Great Dane mix, joins him on weekend trail adventures and lazy afternoons on the balcony.
